ADULT SWIM - SMILING FRIENDS ID

Adult Swim reached out and commissioned me for two 15-second animated IDs, one for the premiere of their new show Smiling Friends and the other for the premiere of season 6 of Rick and Morty. For this one, I chose to model the character Glep and make him dance with my Rokoko suit and some fun, subtle simulations in Houdini.

Every part of this animation was made from scratch in Houdini, the Glep character was retargeted to a Rokoko motion capture of me awkwardly dancing in my office, and rendered out with Redshift.
